He also holds an additional MBA from Pune, further enhancing his academic portfolio.
Mr. Manoj Kumar brings with him over a decade of rich experience across the banking, financial services, and business process outsourcing (BPO) sectors. He has previously held key roles including Senior Analyst at FIS, a global financial technology leader, where he worked on financial systems, risk assessment, and client support operations.
He also served as Assistant Manager at Genpact, where he was responsible for process management, client engagement, and operations delivery, particularly in the banking and financial services domain. During his tenure, he collaborated closely with global banking clients, gaining deep insights into banking operations, compliance, and service excellence.
Mr. Kumar’s career is marked by his involvement in several business transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
